If the garment is faulty or significantly different from the product description you can return it and get a replacement or a refund. Make sure to send us a detailed email with a picture attached so that we can see the fault and we will en-devour to solve the issue for you. Email support@activewaisttrainer.co.nz
- Note: that you will need to cover all return postage costs
- If you have worn the garment and it has perished/broken through general wear, and you have followed the garment care instructions, we offer a replacement.
- We will NOT replace garments that have been re-sold, as our guarantee doesn’t cover resale goods.
- We Will NOT exchange or replace garments if you change your mind, so please make sure to double check the size guide to select the correct waist trainer.
- If you don’t agree with our exchange/refund policy please refrain from ordering from us.
